    Their food is good ..just don't like the drive thru..IT seems to always take to long..But the food makes up for it..love the flautas and beeans and the sauce..

    I only give 1 star because that's the lowest I can chose from.  What we got for just under $40 was a whole chicken with beans and rice with 2 gross drinks to go. The bag had beans spilled in it. A dried out chicken and an onion. There was only myself and one other table in the building so I know they weren't rushing, however the way our food was dumped into the bag you'd have thought they were trying to get out of town quick. The fountain drinks were all gross. The eating area needed to be cleaned so that makes me wonder how clean the food prep area was. Needless to say we will not go back and that's $40 I will never see again.

    I ordered the corn tacos with a side of guacamole , they pretty much gave me 12 corn tortillas with onions. The side of guacamole turned out ok.

    Chicken burrito to go was rather soggy, plain and with a good hint of burnt tortilla. Rice and beans were actually pretty good and flavorful.
    Cheesecake burrito was super yummy dessert.

    Considering the price, I'd say "meh".

    Sometimes, simplicity is best!! These guys have a great roasted and smoked chicken, it's always fresh.  They serve it with onion that must be cooked along with the chicken - super yummy. We LOVE the beans, they are cooked to perfection. And in a world where rice can be so bland, theirs is actually spiced well. Tortillas are always perfect. Drive thru is handy, but go inside to order and get all sorts of salsas and condiments at the salsa bar, one of the best parts of Pollo Regio.  Our son likes the giant baked potato, huge portion and very good.  If you haven't been here, you're missing out!!!
